Soil erosion is something that is now usually and common within our every day to day lives. Potholes on the road are a cause of soil erosion which causes the wheels of the cars to turn over and cause car accidents.Lal (1999) articulated that accelerated erosion is equally ruinous in large scale commercially oriented farms and mismanagement substance farming.La(1999)l adds on to say that In Ethopian Highlands 1 billion tonnes of top soil is eroded every year.In some areas in Zimbabwean roads people farm in roads and as a result of soil erosion there are dongas.Especial Masvingo ,Harare roads there are deep gallies along the roads .Buses hardy can pass by. Two buses when passing one should wait for another.
Potholes is a serious issues especial in Zimbabwe because buses , cars overturns everyday.One can critically analyze that car accidents are caused by bad roads.The rains causes potholes and the potholes are left unattained and caused car accidents. Many people perish because of the unattended potholes caused by rains. People should practice better ways of farming and people should farm some distance away from the road so that the top soil washed away do not cause harm to motorists.Zimbabweans we can do something about potholes and save life | |

The local government should work together with environmentist to protect the environment and keep safe for everyone.
